Steel construction

We deliver and assemble welded or bolted steel constructions. We use economical profiles with an emphasis on a cost minimization on a basic structure. The important feature of assembling is the simplicity, considering functional and visual requirements.

Types of steel constructions and frames

We offer the steel constructions for standard width of assembled steel halls 6-40m with multiples of module system.

The frames of steel constructions are designed framed, with threaded joints, built up from rolled steel joists and pressed sections. Individual frames are fixed in a roof by bar joists or bearing holorib and spreaders. The construction considers the snow load. The construction fixity is supported by drawbars with tightening screws. The quantity and the placement of the screws depend on dimensions and a load.

Components of the steel construction

Construction profiles are chosen according to the performance job, snow load and a purpose, which is the object made for. We use standard profiles IPE 160-330 for poles and bar joists (according to the hall dimensions and snow load)

Construction fixing

The steel construction is fixed into concrete footing, with anchors over the anchor plate. Fixation can be chosen either chemical or mechanical.

Corroding prevention

The construction is coated with one bottom coat and one upper paint. The construction can be galvanized for usage in more aggressive environment or in open constructions that are influenced by climatic changes.
